Etiquetario terms of use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Etiquetario (“the app”, “we”) is an independent web tool run by Facilon (Alberto Curcio Linares, Costa Rica). By using the app or this site you accept these terms.
1. What Etiquetario is
An app to make school name labels for your kids (for notebooks, books, pencils, bottles and lunchboxes) and download them as a PDF to print on label paper, sticker paper or plain paper.
2. Your data stays on your device
Names and photos are stored only on the device where the app is used. We have no copy and can’t recover them. More in the Privacy policy.
3. Your content
Only use names, text and photos you have the right to use, and nothing offensive or unsuitable for children.
4. Preview and labels without watermark
Using the app and downloading the preview (with a “SAMPLE” mark on each label) is free. Labels without the watermark will be a one-time payment (not a subscription) of US$3.99 per family, for up to 6 kids (Spanish and Portuguese pages: US$2.49); taxes may be added depending on your country. It unlocks in the browser of the device you buy on and can be restored with the purchase email or order number. It is a digital product delivered immediately.
Payment is processed by our reseller Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the receipt and applies its own terms. If you have any problem with a payment, write to support@esfacilon.com.
5. Printing
The formats follow the published sizes of the most common label sheets, but every printer and paper brand is a little different. Before printing on label paper, print a test sheet on plain paper at “Actual size”.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Support: support@esfacilon.com.
